Building Design and Specifications
After you have selected your plan, we will schedule one or more design meetings to develop the specifications for your home room by room
Construction and Progress Updates
Following the permitting process, construction will begin. We will meet with you throughout the construction process at the job site to discuss progress and answer any questions you may have
Construction Completion
Once we have the CO (Certificate of Occupancy) in hand - and before closing - we will meet with you for a home orientation so that we can familiarize you with your new home and answer any questions that you may have!
COMPANY PROFILE
Established in 1991 as Pinnacle Homes, owner Wade Macht expanded the company in 2012 to include new homes available for sale in South Wake County.
The new company was renamed Paramount Homes, Incorporated and now offers both custom home building services as well as in-process and finished homes in several desirable communities
Our team has received the 2003 Parade of Homes Gold Award for our entry in CobbleRidge Subdivision in Holly Springs as well as a Bronze Award for our 2015 entry located in Leone Landing.
Duke/ Progress Energy has ranked Paramount Homes as a 5 -Star Builder for lower HERS scores and energy efficient design.
